Did Not Spare His Own Son

“He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?” -Romans 8:32

What greater demonstration of paternal love could God have made for his adopted sons than to have offered up his own Son for us all. And if he wasn’t unwilling to spare him for our sakes, how will he not also with him graciously give us everything else that we need?

This is the most remarkable and most gracious evidence of God’s good will toward us. All we have to do is simply ask and we can be assured that we have what we need.

“If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.” -John 14:14

“do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” -Philippians 4:6
