There’s Coming a Day

Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. ” (1 Corinthians 3:13, KJV)

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. ” (1 Corinthians 4:5, KJV)

  1. The sort of work we do for Christ is more important than the size of the work we do for Him.
  2. All motives in ministry will be brought to light for all to see, one day.
  3. Only God knows the whole story. Delay judgment about another Christian’s life and ministry.
  4. Live and serve every day for the praise of God, not for the praise of men.
